INFANTS

Sleep training for babies 4 to 12 months old

You now have a baby who is developmentally ready to learn how to do this awesome sleep through the night and nap independently thing you’ve been hearing and dreaming about.

How it Started

You brought your beautiful baby into the world and it was a wild time that did not go at all how you envisioned. Lack of sleep, days blurring into nights and back into days. You wore the same PJs for days at a time, couldn’t remember the last time you showered let alone washed your hair. And what is hot coffee? Lukewarm is more your thing now.

How It’s Going

Around the 4-month mark, something started to shift and a fog was lifted. You’ve come to realize your baby is not just a robot that eats, poops and sleeps but actually is starting to show a personality and be awake long enough to play with. YES! They’re even taking some naps and letting you put them down long enough to sit for 10 minutes.

You’ve made it to the other side and now have a baby who is developmentally ready to learn how to do this awesome sleep through the night and nap independently thing you’ve been hearing and dreaming about.

Except…maybe…

  • He requires a pacifier to sleep and when the pacifier falls out he cries until you can get it back into his mouth.

  • She falls asleep easily on her own but wakes up an hour later and won’t go back until you bounce her. A fun routine that lasts all night long!!!

  • Every nap and bedtime requires rocking to sleep and he wakes up as soon as you put him down or only stays asleep for 20 minutes and you wonder how long you can keep this up?!

  • You’re co-sleeping and it was going well but now your baby is waking often and neither of you are getting a good night’s rest.

  • She wakes up multiple times a night and will only go back to sleep with a feed.

  • He will only sleep in the car, stroller, carrier…basically anywhere that isn’t a bed!

  • She’s been in your room for months and you’re ready for her to move into the crib but have no idea how to make that happen.

  • You tried sleep training and after two nights you gave up. It was too hard and too much for both of you.

“Andria is such a gem. She is so committed and dedicated to what she does and really goes above and beyond for her clients. I was having issues with my 3 year old constantly coming out of her room at night, while at the same time navigating my 18 month old waking up for hours at a time overnight. My husband and I were super stressed and exhausted and needed to figure this out!!! Andria identified the issues almost immediately, and within 2 weeks my 3 year old and 18 month old started sleeping through the night again. I can’t recommend her enough!!!”
