Overwhelmed. Anxious. Watching the monitor all night.

Emotional highs met with deep lows. EXHAUSTED.

Sound familiar?

These are the all-too-frequent feelings of postpartum parents. And while we want you to know it’s common, we also want you to know it doesn’t have to be this way! You don’t have to keep feeling like this and you don’t have to do this alone.

We’ve got you!

Getting support on your postpartum journey can help you strike a better balance between your life as a parent and all the other roles you have. It is possible to get a full night’s sleep and to wake up in the morning and find joy and purpose in your day. To care for your family AND yourself. And we can help you get there.

Meet Your Support Team

We are Andria Gordon and Laura Reisman, your dynamic postpartum support duo! Together we’ll help get you feeling better able to manage and balance parenthood with your life outside of being a parent, AND get you and your child on the path to better sleep. Sounds like the perfect combo, doesn’t it?!

We first met when Laura came to me (Andria) as a client to help get her baby sleeping. Through this, I learned about Laura’s experience as a therapist working with women going through a variety of pre and post-natal issues. We quickly realized how connected our work was and referring clients to one another became a frequent occurrence.

And now we’ve decided to put it all together and team up to offer a comprehensive experience, allowing for a more fluid system of support. We’ve been where you are. We’ve suffered through fertility struggles, loss, postpartum anxiety and depression, and endless sleepless nights. And we don’t want this for you. You give everything you have to your family, it’s time to take care of you now!
