Have Baby. Must Sleep. is a sleep consultancy that is committed to protecting the privacy of visitors to our website, subscribers to our newsletters, customers, and those providing contact information through booking discovery calls and/or joining webinars/masterclasses.

We will not send unauthorized e-mail newsletters unless you have opted in to receive email communications. If you have any questions or concerns regarding our policy, please direct your inquiry to hello@havebabymustsleep.com. Any changes to this policy will be reflected on the website.

Personal Data

Personal data is only collected by those who book discovery calls and/or who engage Have Baby. Must Sleep. as a client. Information is collected on phone calls and/or via forms that are sent via Dubsado.

The following is an extensive list of how information is collected and what it is used for:

Discovery Call Sign Up – Your information will be used to create a file in our customer relationship management system. You will only receive our e-newsletter if you opt-in to receiving.

Email Newsletter – In order to register for the newsletter, you will need to provide your contact details (first name, last name, email) and you will only be contacted via our newsletter. At this time, Squarespace will be used to deploy all email newsletters. The method/platform used is subject to change.

Contact Form – There is a contact form that resides on the contact us page. The information collected there will only be used to get back in touch with you to respond to your inquiry. Should you move forward and decide to book a Discovery Call or engage us further, a file will be created with your key information as well as your child’s. All of this will be collected with your knowledge with most being input directly by you (the client).

Payments

When you purchase a program via Have Baby. Must Sleep. your payment will be processed through a third party of your choosing. We accept payment through PayPal or INTERAC e-Transfer (initiated at your financial institution). We will not collect nor house any of your card or login information to either of these sites. We do not collect any payment information or store any credit card information.

Your Personal Information

Your personal information is only used in the below instances:

Our engagement to ensure we are well versed with your family’s need to ensure the program designed for your child(ren) is appropriate and effective.
Newsletter communications
To send follow-up or thank-you communications
To request and/or obtain feedback about our services, website and/or promotions

Your personal information will never be shared, rented, or sold to any third parties.

Personal Information (Financial and other sensitive information)

At no time should you submit sensitive personal information through our website. This includes but is not limited to your credit card or banking information, your social security number, and any other information that is considered personal and private. If you elect to submit such information to us, it will be subject to this Privacy Policy.

Your Child’s Information

Your child’s information will only be used for informing our engagement together and will be referenced after that engagement should there be follow-up questions.

Their information will never be shared, rented, or sold to any third parties.

Client Questionnaires

As part of your intake form/questionnaire, we will ask for your name, child’s name as well as your contact information including phone, email, mailing address so that we can contact you as part of our agreement. These forms will also ask for specific information related to your child’s feeding, sleeping and day-to-day routines. This information is obtained through a third party customer relationship management system; Dubsado and will not be shared with any third parties.

Online Meetings or Masterclasses

Have Baby. Must Sleep. hosts all consultations via Zoom. These calls are never recorded however upon request can be.

In the future, should we host any online classes or meetings and if you desire to join, you will need to register and provide your name and email to do so.

You will not be added to the e-newsletter list unless you opt-in however you may receive reminders in advance of the calls as well as materials/recordings after the call.

Our website contains links to other sites however Have Baby. Must Sleep. is not responsible for their privacy practices or in any way associated with the content on those sites. Links are shared to facilitate finding items that are recommended. Please always do your own research. In the event that you use a link to leave our website, the onus is on you the user to make yourself aware of that sites privacy policies.

Analytics

The website uses Squarespace and Google Analytics. Analytics does not identify individual users or associate your IP address with any other data held by the analytics providers. We use reports provided by analytics to help improve the user experience and do not collect any data other than what you expressly provide in the discovery or questionnaires. We do not collect personal information about you like your IP address. You can opt out of analytics tracking by installing Google’s opt-out browser add-on: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/181881?hl=en.

Cookies

If you fill out any form directly on the site, your information will be captured by cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details should you opt to leave another inquiry. Cookies last based on your browser settings and will expire based on those settings or if you manually opt to.

Advertising

We may use third-party advertising companies to serve content and advertisements after you have visited this website. These may use cookies or pixels to retarget advertising to you via digital advertising and/or social networks.

Your personal information will not be used when remarketing our content to you however should you want to opt out, you may do so. You can do this easily but clearing your cache of cookies on a regular basis and/or you can do directly to the source of the advertising and follow these steps.

Should you leave a review on Facebook and/or Google, some of that copy may be used on our website however we will never share a child’s name. It is encouraged that you review the policy on a regular basis to ensure you are comfortable with the measures we have taken to protect your information.
