Meet Sarah Bensimon

Registered Social Worker, Certified Sleep Consultant, Mom, and coffee lover who never says no to an Americano from Starbucks.

As a coffee lover who never says no to an Americano from Starbucks, Sarah knows the value of a good energy boost—but also understands the importance of rest! As a mom of two young children and a registered Social Worker with 10 years of clinical experience, Sarah has seen firsthand how challenging parenting can be, especially when it comes to sleep. Sarah’s own journey as a new mom led her to work with a sleep consultant, and the transformation she experienced was nothing short of life changing. This is why Sarah furthered her education and became a Certified Sleep Consultant, combining her skills as a clinical social worker with paediatric sleep knowledge.

Sarah’s is here to help families navigate the complexities of children's sleep and the profound
impact it has on kids, relationships, and overall wellbeing. It is now her mission to help other
families get the rest they need—supporting both children and parents in finding the peace of mind that comes with a good night’s sleep. Sarah deeply understands how lack of sleep or poor sleep can affect mental health, and she is here to guide parents through those tough times. Sarah’s goal is to equip families with the tools and support they need to thrive through the complexities of child sleep, one restful night at a time.

Here from our happy families

  • I cannot thank Andria and Jaye enough for helping me sleep train my son. Andria was always reassuring and quick to respond. She was so good that I had separation anxiety once we were finished... I also could count on Jaye to listen to whatever nonsensical stuff I said when I was sleep-deprived and make me feel understood. I kept asking my husband if I would ever sleep again. I didn't think it was possible! And yet, both Andria and Jaye made the impossible possible! Thank you again :)”

  • “We worked with Karen and Sarah to sleep train our 2.5 year old daughter. We were anxious and nervous about sleep training her since she was a toddler and thought it was too late. Both Karen and Sarah were there to talk us through our feelings and guided us throughout the entire process. They were supportive and understanding of where we were, and provided the right guidance and resources for us. And the result? Our daughter now sleeps through the night! We are so grateful that we got to work with them; it truly changed our life for the better.”

  • We had the pleasure of working with Karen and Jaye. Our baby used to sleep through the night, but at about 4.5 months he began waking up anywhere from 2 to 4 times a night and needed to be rocked or nursed back to sleep. By 7 months we were exhausted. By night 2 of the program we were down to 1 wake up, by night 4 there were no wake ups at all. As a bonus to this wonderful newly found night sleep we also started seeing longer daytime naps. Karen was easy to reach when we had any questions, she checked in with us daily, and she was helpful when we found ourselves with a sick baby part way through the process. Jaye was so kind and reassuring, and really helped talk through some of the feelings I really didn't realize I would have going through this process. There were some big ones. All in all I would highly recommend this service to anyone who is struggling with getting baby to sleep. It was a total game changer for us.”
