As someone obsessed with getting a good nights’ sleep, becoming a mom and experiencing the realities of sleep deprivation really threw me for a loop! I remember the days when the clock would strike 6pm and the anxiety would begin to build. What will tonight look like? Will I get any sleep? How will I function tomorrow if I’m up all night? I really struggled.

And that’s where my journey to becoming a Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant began. Because once we helped my son develop healthy sleep habits, everything changed! Now I’m on a mission to debunk they myth that sleepless nights are an inevitable part of parenthood, because they aren’t a badge of honour and they don’t have to be your reality.

I care deeply about helping tired families sleep well again. If you dread going to sleep because you’re afraid of what the night will bring, you’re not alone. I’ve been where you are and there is light at the end of the tunnel, you just might need some help to get there. I’d love to be your partner on your journey back to sleep.
